Week 2: Greetings and Gratitude

September 21, 2021

The gospel is the righteousness of God on full display. The righteous want to live in God’s world in God’s way, and the way for us as believers is a path of trust. Not in self, but in God. Sometimes when we hear the idea of faith, we think of it as something we produce. Something we muster. We can so often be convinced that our faith is rooted in our own power and ability, but Paul reminds us that faith is in God's power and ability. The true emphasis is the object of our faith, God.
