The mission of our Recovery and Steps ministries is to bring glory to God through lives changed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Recovery seeks to provide a safe place for men and women who feel overwhelmed by sin and suffering to pursue redemption in Christ. We welcome the weak, the wounded, the strayed, the lost, the addicted, the afflicted and the abused. Our Recovery Ministry meets every Wednesday evening from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. This time together is comprised of a large group session that incorporates worship, teaching and prayer. After the large group time, there are issue-specific support groups geared toward accountability and discussing the application of the teaching.
Options for Participating
During the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are offering both in-person and online options. Safety protocols will be in place to help protect anyone desiring to attend in-person. Additionally, we will not be able to offer Kid Keepers at this time.
- In-person teaching and support groups are offered in the Chapel at Citizens Church.
- There are options to access the teaching and support groups live-online.
