Kids Care Team Member

Kids Care workers provide safe, loving child care for events at Citizens Church apart from regular Sunday morning services. Kids Care is provided so that parents can participate in classes, Recovery groups and other events that assist their spiritual growth and connection with the church, while knowing that their kids are being loved and cared for. This role requires flexibility and dedication to the ministries of Citizens Church.


Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager will oversee the management and operations of all of the physical facilities of the Citizens Church. They will partner with the ministries of the church by leading staff, volunteers and vendors to ensure spaces and places are properly prepared, operational, maintained, safe and secure. Physical facilities include all aspects of the structures and property including the buildings, grounds, parking lot, equipment, systems, security, inventory/FF&E and housekeeping services. The Facilities Manager will also lead the organization in strategic areas such as staff communication, helping hands ministry opportunities, property acquisition, event management, construction, project management, vendor relations, cost benefit analysis and master planning.


Students Minister

Through a robust relationship with God, the Students Minister will serve to accomplish the vision of Citizens Church within the context and culture of students in middle and high school. This position will provide leadership, vision, and direction to students, their parents or guardians, and volunteer leaders.


Ministry Assistant

The ministry assistant will support each of the spiritual formation ministries of Citizens Church by performing administrative tasks, coordinating calendars, ensuring proper communication, and organizing ministry events and volunteers. This role requires someone who is passionate about the impact of ministry in the church, administratively gifted, and experienced in being an intuitive, proactive gap-filler. Deliverables and the staff supported in this role will vary greatly and will require excellent time-management and communication skills as well as a flexible schedule.
