We are a Bible-centered, kingdom-minded, grace-heavy church for all people in Plano, Texas. Though we are broken, imperfect people, we have been saved through faith by grace, and that grace compels us to live out our mission to enjoy God, love people and make disciples, from Collin County to the ends of the earth.
The first step in getting connected at Citizens Church is by attending a service. Every Sunday, we come together to focus our hearts and minds on God’s story through preaching, singing, praying and taking the elements of the Lord’s Supper. We also have special programming for kids of all ages.
We believe that a key element to whole-person discipleship is the study of God's word and training your mind to think biblically about the world around you. That's why we offer a number of classes throughout the year as part of our training program. Our classes also offer an easy way to find community within our church. There is something for everyone from our semester-long Women's Bible Classes to a topical Saturday morning class.
Home Groups provide an intentional opportunity for you and other Christians to encourage one another, pray for one another and serve one another. You can join a Home Group by being a part of GroupConnect. This quarterly 4-week workshop is a time for us to share the vision and purpose of Home Groups and to place you in a group.
God has given us each different gifts, skills, personalities, resources, experiences and backgrounds, and He invites us to use them to worship Him and bless others. At Citizens Church, we have several different ways you can volunteer and serve the church.
Membership at Citizens Church is an invitation to be a part of our local church. It’s about making a decision to give your time, talents and resources to a community of faith and joining us as we grow and make disciples together. Our hope is that you would consider being a part of our church family by attending an upcoming Membership Class!
You can connect to our church through giving of your time as a volunteer but also through giving financial resources. Whether a one-time donation or a monthly gift, it is a joy to take what we’ve been given by God and give it back to Him as a way to support the church and spread the gospel.
