The mission of our Recovery and Steps ministries is to bring glory to God through lives changed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Recovery seeks to provide a safe place for men and women who feel overwhelmed by sin and suffering to pursue redemption in Christ We welcome the weak, the wounded, the strayed, the lost, the addicted, the afflicted and the abused.
This fall we will be continuing the series that was interrupted last spring called Rebuilding the Walls. Our hope in this series is that the church would grow in its confidence that the scriptures are sufficient and the gospel is relevant to find freedom from the otherwise enslaving interplay of sin and suffering. You can find messages for some of these topics from the fall under or Resources Page.
If you would like to know more about our Recovery Ministry, you can read more about it here. For those desiring to be placed into one of our issue-specific support groups following the teaching, you can contact us and we would be glad to talk to you. In these groups you will process the teaching with others.
In addition to our weekly Recovery meetings, we also offer Steps, our intensive discipleship program. Steps provides a more robust structure and support for those wanting to get traction in their relationship with God. Steps meets on Saturday mornings at 8 am and requires approximately 7 hours per week and lasts 13 weeks Steps is a 13 week, heart-focused biblical discipleship program with elements of biblical teaching, daily homework, assessments, small group discussion and weekly 1-on-1 meetings with a mentor to help walk participants through the program.
