Ramadan Prayer Guide

Ramadan commemorates the month during which Muslims believe the Prophet Muhammad was given the first revelations of the Quran. It’s a period of fasting, prayer, and self-reflection. Children’s Hunger Fund is a gospel-centered mercy ministry serving children who suffer from food insecurity in Collin County

UTD ISI Friendship Partner
Adults can serve | Service Dates: Weekly and monthly, face-to-face
Friendship Partners work with international students from UTD with the hope of building relationships through which the gospel can be shared.

UTD International Student Airport Pickup
All ages can serve | Service Dates: January and July (prior to semesters)
Share God’s unconditional love to international students from UTD by providing rides from the airport upon arrival in the U.S.

UTD Big Howdy
All ages can serve | Service Dates: January & August (prior to school semester)
Big Howdy is the University of Dallas (UTD) annual welcome party for international students. Citizens Church and other organizations partner together to help with event logistics, food service, and hospitality. This is an excellent opportunity to share the love of Christ with college students.

Refugee Relief

The Citizens Church Refugee Relief ministry serves refugees in our community by setting up accommodations for their new homes. Our hope is to develop friendships to plant seeds and have spiritual conversations.

Clothes Closet

VM Alliance Food Pantry & Clothes Closet feeds, clothes, and aides our immigrant and refugee neighbors in the Vickery Meadow neighborhood.
