Romans Part 2 | Week 9 - Weak and Strong (WBC)
Mar 29, 2022 • Jill Barlow
After outlining come of the practical implications of the gospel in Romans 13, Paul moves into a discussion about laying down our preferences. He uses two examples that would have been relevant to his original audience: the debate over eating meat sacrificed to idols and the observing of holy days. While the specifics may not be of concern to us today, the matter of laying down preferences could not be more current. Paul's exhortation is to not pass judgment, to lay down rights, and to walk in love.
