CitiCamp Volunteers

Small Group Leaders (SGLs) are the heartbeat of camp! You’ll be assigned a group of 6–8 kids and spend the week between activities, building friendships, leading meaningful small-group conversations, and helping keep everyone safe. If you love kids, high energy, and making lifelong memories, this role is for you! Bonus perk: serving as an SGL lets your child secure their spot at camp early!

Middle school and high school students are invited to jump in and be part of the camp fun as Student Leaders. You might help lead small groups, run rec rotations, or join our legendary Chaos Crew/Hype Crew (yes, it’s as fun as it sounds). Student Leaders serve alongside adult leaders by setting a great example for our elementary kids, helping with discipleship, and being an extra set of hands wherever needed. Don’t worry—you’ll never be responsible for kids on your own.

As a Rec Leader, you’ll bring the fun! Under the direction of the Recreation Lead, you’ll engage and disciple kids through games, movement, and all things energetic. Your mission is to create an atmosphere full of laughter, connection, and joy throughout the day—for both kids and leaders. You’ll also help bring the hype during morning Rally, lunchtime, and anywhere a little extra energy is needed! Bonus perk: serving as a Rec Leader lets your child secure their spot at camp early!

As part of the Hospitality Team, you’ll help keep camp running (and kids smiling!) by preparing and serving snacks and lunch each day. Under the direction of the Hospitality Lead, you’ll work alongside a great team to fuel both kids and volunteers for all the fun ahead. Whether you can serve a half day, one day, or the entire week, there’s a spot for you at the table!

The Prep Team is the secret sauce that makes CitiCamp possible. In the weeks leading up to camp, you’ll help tackle all kinds of behind-the-scenes tasks—cutting, tying, assembling supplies (some you can even take home!), helping at the church during the week, and jumping in for setup and tear-down before and after camp. You may also help with check-in on the Monday morning camp kicks off.

Got an eye for capturing moments? We’re looking for an experienced photographer and videographer to document all the fun, energy, and meaningful moments of camp—from games and worship to the in-between memories. Your footage will be used to create a highlight video or slideshow to celebrate the week at the end of camp.
